It's really been quite a while since I have scrapped . . . no mojo and all these mixed-media-single-photo-layouts all over the www were very intimidating as I like to scrap double pages and my page must tell it's own little story.
I also haven't done any of the Let's Scrap Sketch challenges for many many moons . . .
I chose to turn the sketch upside down :-)
So, here's my take on the latest challenge:
The photos are of my DGD3 who visited her other Granny and they baked cupcakes together. . . or shall I rather say, the little one did what little ones do ;-)
I have sooooo much patterned papers in my stash and used a very old collection which suited best with my photos.
The chipboard embellishments are by Enmarc Crafts and were sprayed with Enmarc Dazzles : Bermuda, Summer Fields and Lemon Meringue and some were glazed after the Dazzles were dry. Then a few of the paper flowers were sprayed with Dazzles : Misty Maroon.
Other embellishments (ribbon, beads, half pearls, paper flowers) are from my stash.
Here are a few close-ups:
Thank you for stopping by and your comments are very much appreciated :-)
Take care till next time!
